We are available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Even though our online rentals give you access to your unit right away, our team will still help you with any questions you have.

We are only 18 miles away, allowing Jamestown residents to reach us in about 20 minutes. It’s an easy, straightforward drive to our property once you get on Route 62!
Do you offer temperature control?
Yes, we do! At our self-storage facility, the temperatures are carefully monitored and controlled by a system that never allows them to drop or rise too much.
When do I need temperature-controlled storage?
Climate controlled storage is the best way to store your items. They will be protected from the elements and stay in the same condition as when you brought them in.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes, for your security please provide your own lock. We recommend a disc lock for optimal security, but most standard padlocks will fit the unit.
What are the access hours?
Our customers can get access to their storage units between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm, 365 days a year.
Can I use a unit for commercial items?
Yes, you can! File cabinets, office furniture, and other documents are perfect for our climate-controlled storage.
What type of security do you have?
Our facility has 24-hour recorded video surveillance for extra security. Unique door access code allows secure entry into the facility.
What other benefits will I enjoy?
Besides knowing that your belongings won’t be exposed to extreme temperatures at any time during your stay with us, you will be able to use our dollies and handcarts. Plus, our storage units are on the ground floors for easy loading and unloading.
